The Blue is from one of the textured solids from the sweet vintage charm kit (textured_08), which can be found here. The "matting" for the newsletter is number 6 from the July 2009 Neutrals. The background for the newsletter I think I number 08 from that same set... and if it isn't number 08 I can't tell the difference :), both of which can be found here. The font is called Bosshole.
